West Meadowlark Houses for Sale - Edmonton

Once a part of the old Town of Jasper Place, the area that became West Meadowlark Park was amalgamated into the City of Edmonton in 1964. The majority of homes in the neighbourhood were built between 1946 and 1980. Row houses and apartments account for well over half of the total dwelling units in West Meadowlark Park, and the remainder are single-detached homes with a small number of duplexes. The neighbourhood gets its name from the western meadowlark, a songbird common to Alberta in the summer months.
