Prince Charles Homes for Sale - Edmonton

Situated to the north east side of the greater Westmount area, the community of Prince Charles is a short commute west of the main NAIT campus which makes the community extremely popular with renters attending classes as well as those who work at Nait. This location can be ideal for commuters and parents who work downtown, as the smaller residential quadrant is close to city amenities but retains a suburban feel.

Prince Charles Community Amenities & Features:

The Prince Charles neighborhood is a well established community, with original incorporation dating back to the early 1900's and much of the development finished by the 1950's. It is considered a family friendly sector with a strong community identity.

Homes for sale in Prince Charles range in style and design, with a number of single and multi-family dwellings, as well as town homes. Lot sizes are relatively large in this sector and the landscaping leans to more natural and wooded, which creates borders and privacy between residences and also with the bordering roads.

The street grid pattern is easy to navigate, and pedestrians will find that sidewalks are well kept throughout the area. While bus stops are not prevalent within the community, they are accessible on the border roads of 127th Street and 118th Avenue, which allows commuter to connect into the city and access the Churchill LRT Station, which is about five kilometers to the south.

Parents in Prince Charles will find a good educational system with local facilities. Edmonton Catholic Schools serve the district, and the Prince Charles School, which is found to the north, is another option. The Yellowhead Youth Centre also has lessons and out of school programs.
