Although McCauley is just a few minutes walk from shopping and entertainment in Downtown Edmonton, the neighborhood has its own share of attractions. Many residents enjoy spending leisure time in Little Italy, China town, Giovanni Caboto Park, and this is also the location of the Boys and Girls Club for McCauley. The industrial area to the north east contains Commonwealth Stadium, Commonwealth Community Recreation Centre, and the Edmonton Eskimo Football Club, all of which give residents sporting events and programs to either watch or participate in.
