Central McDougall Homes for Sale - Edmonton

The Central McDougall community is located to the south of the NAIT campus, and is a vibrant residential quadrant that is near to a number of city amenities and services. This section saw much of its development between 1950 and 1960, although it has been an incorporated subdivision of Edmonton since the early 1900's. Much of this area came as a result of population and business expansions from the downtown section , and the result is an urban residential sector that still provides some space.
